The practice of Yin Yoga is a way to create space in the physical body using traditional postures and breathwork. It will strengthen, lengthen and lubricate hidden parts of your body, addressing the connective tissues, ligaments and joints, reducing stiffness and fixation, enabling a larger range of motion and improving flexibility.
The Meditative qualities of the Yin practice refreshes the mind, brings clarity and understanding, generates mindful awareness, refreshes, stimulates and rebalances flow of vital life force known as Qi (chi).
