🌑 CELEBRATING the THREE FULL MOONS 🌑
of SUMMER with
YOGA UNDER the STARS ⭐
with ROBIN IVY PAYTON
Summer is the season of growing and blossoming. This practice will be a unique sequence of postures, designed specifically to align us with the heavens. This summer we’ll be practicing during eclipse season; with powerful vibrations, and catalysts for personal and universal shifts.
$15 Drop-in / NO Preregistration required.
First Class🌑June 27th🌕7-8:30pm
Full Moon in Capricorn/Cancer
We’ll gather outdoors in the park (right next to The Sunshine Factory) for astrology inspired yoga; infused with essential oil blends chosen to support you at Full Moon time (oils are optional). These two polarity signs, Capricorn and Cancer, represent structure and softness; the bones, the lungs and our earth and water energies. Feel your roots and allow your emotions to arise naturally through lunar salutations, postures for bone strength and for opening the rib cage and front body. Robin will weave astrological insights through the practice. This Full Moon is harmonious with aspects for healing and manifesting, letting go in order to bloom like the flowers of summer.
FULL MOON – CLOUD9 🌑 5:30pm
Astrologically, this is a good time for “letting go”; for releasing all that doesn’t serve you and making space for what does. Acupuncture and Cupping Therapy are excellent tools for encouraging your mind and body to do just that. There will be a special Cloud9 class at 5:30pm (arrive by 6:10) for those who are interested, and who are also attending Full Moon Yoga. $15-
THURSDAY ❤ June 28th
Yin Yoga & Restorative-Yoga Nidra w/ (optional)
Acupuncture & Cupping Therapy
with kristine keegan & kristen boze
In this workshop you will enjoy the sweet serenity of deep relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, also known as yogic sleep. It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. The concept roots from ancient Indian tradition, as a practice of opening to the deeper phases of the mind; promoting internal healing and reduction of tension and anxiety. This uniquely relaxed state produces brain waves that allow one hour of practice to be the equivalent of four hours of sleep.
